• Renting through Janet at BPM Homes had made CGSC hassle free.  My family and I were nervous about a site unseen rental, Janet put us at ease and delivered on an excellent house that had thoughtful touches such as hand towels and hand soap upon our arrival. Janet advised us on turning on the power and the policies for each service. She is what a caring professional should strive to achieve.

  My family enjoyed a trouble free home, the normal issues that arise with a home were taken care of within 24 hours due to work request system functioning smoothly and the work crews for each type of issue that Janet has used for years. • Just wanted to send you a note of thanks. I really appreciate how easy you made it for me (and I’m sure for the rest of your tenants)…I know some of my CGSC buddies wished they had you as their property manager. I also wanted to share with you how nice it is was to have a super clean home to arrive to along with the other things you ensured got done such as the pest control service plus the appliance maintenance. It was so nice to come home knowing there was nothing to worry about (appliance and such) b/c you had ensured the check-up/maintenance had been done. Furthermore, if there was an issue, you were always quick to reply and always with the best service. The team you have put together is phenomenal On the same token it was nice to know that I wasn’t moving into a home with bugs, fleas, etc. despite the previous tenant having a pet. These are some of the things you sometimes take for granted yet are important and go a long way in helping make the house a home…even if it is for just one year 🙁

  I wish there were more property managers who are as proactive as you are and that believe in taking such good care of their tenants and homeowners properties.
